Patch Ski Club
We do more than just ski!
Job Description –
- All the accounting for the club. Basically, I reconcile each
trip to ensure proper accountability of all the funds for your
Patch Ski Club.
- Pay all the bills. This includes the costs for each
membership meeting, and all the trips, as well as
administrative supplies.
- Report to the Board of Directors (BOD) meetings. At each
meeting, it is my responsibility to report on the bank
account balances; including income and expenditures.
- Propose an annual budget and recommend trip overhead
charges to the BOD.
Goals for my position –
It is my goal to ensure we remain financially solvent, while
decreasing the amount of overhead we must charge our
members for trips.
