Job Description:
Represent the general interest of the
membership.  May be assigned
responsibility for planning programs to
accommodate special interests of
members or other programs which may be
approved by the BOD.

Functions:
In the event of a vacancy on the BOD a
Member-at-Large will be designated by the
President to assume the BOD position until
the vacancy is filled in accordance with
Article II.
