and are interested in possibly
earning a free trip, then take a look
at volunteering to be a trip captain;
it may be right up your alley.

TC Admin Details
1. Fill out your sales summary and room
assignment sheets using the sales forms
above. Ensure your columns add up
correctly.
2. Once your form is completed, send a
copy to the following people:
3. Fill in the Roll call and hotel lift pass
form just before the trip departs.
4. When the trip is complete, ensure that your
people send us a feedback form. Don't
forget to complete your TC report shown
above.
5. That's it! Any trip discounts or
reimbursements will be paid to you once
your trip has been reconciled.
6. Remember that money is to be
collected during the PSC sign-up weekends.
Any funds collected outside of these times
need to be coordinated with the Business
Manager to ensure a timely and proper
accounting of funds.
7. Responsibility for handling money is
an important responsibility and should not
be taken lightly. Do not compromise
yourself by cutting corners or by collecting
without immediately submitting the funds to
the Business Manager.
